This Privacy Policy explains how Danish Khan ("we," "us") operates the Colourify: Fill Colour iOS application ("App") and how information may be handled when you use it.
1. Information We Collect
Colourify does not require account creation and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or passwords through the App.
The App stores your colouring progress, unlocked packs, recent colours, and app preferences locally on your device.
2. Local Device Storage
Your in-progress and completed colouring artwork, region colour data, recently used colours, and pack unlock status are saved locally on your iPhone or iPad to provide core app functionality.
This data is under your device's control and is removed if you delete the App.
3. Photo Library Access
If you choose to save or share a finished colouring, the App requests permission to add photos to your Photos library ("Add Only" access). This permission is used solely to save the artwork image you create — the App does not read, browse, or access any other photos on your device.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party service, which can collect limited information automatically:
- Apple StoreKit — used to process in-app purchases of additional colouring packs. Apple handles payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The App does not integrate any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
5. How Information Is Used
- Provide the tap-to-fill colouring experience
- Save your colouring progress and preferences locally
- Process one-time pack purchases through Apple StoreKit
- Save your finished artwork to Photos, only when you choose to
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not directly share personal information because the App does not collect personal account data. Apple StoreKit may process limited technical/payment data as described above.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Security
We aim to use reasonable measures to protect the App experience. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
9. Your Choices
- You may delete all locally stored app data by removing the App from your device.
- You may manage Photos permission at any time in iOS Settings → Colourify.
- You may restore previous pack purchases from within the App via "Restore Purchases."
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated version is posted on this page.
