Completing a reflection on consecutive days builds your streak. As your streak grows, you move up through ranks — from Novice all the way to Stoic Sage over the full 365-day journey. Missing a day resets your current streak, but your completed days and past reflections are always saved.
If you don't have time to write, you can still mark a day complete by watching a short rewarded ad instead. Lifetime users can complete a day without writing at no cost, since ads are already removed for them.
Stoic Reflection is free to use, supported by ads. Ad frequency is light for your first week, and increases gradually afterward if you haven't upgraded. A one-time lifetime purchase removes all ads permanently.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. This re-syncs your purchase with your Apple ID and should unlock everything immediately. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then contact us.
Yes — accent colors and custom fonts/colors for quotes and reflections are available in Settings. Custom accent colors, fonts, and colors, as well as the home screen widget, are part of lifetime access. Free users can use the default Apple Blue theme.
Yes — it refreshes with your latest streak and the day's quote, and follows your in-app Dark Mode setting. If it looks out of date, try removing and re-adding the widget from your home screen.
Yes. Your reflections are stored only on your device — there's no account, no server, and no upload of what you write. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings → Daily Reflection and toggle it off. You can also change the reminder time from the same screen.
