Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Focuso. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Focuso ("the App"), operated by Danish Khan ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.
Focuso offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Prices are displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen and may vary by region. A 3-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone or iPad Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or through the App Store on Mac.
Unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
The App stores focus session data, streak information, and settings locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs. We do not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of it.
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are owned by or licensed to Danish Khan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
