Open the Timer tab, select your mode (Focus, Short Break, or Long Break), then tap the play button. The default focus duration is 25 minutes.
Yes! Go to Settings → Timer and adjust Focus, Short Break, and Long Break durations to fit your workflow.
Ambient sounds are background audio loops (rain, forest, café, ocean, fire, white noise) designed to help you concentrate. Tap the Ambient card on the Timer screen to choose and toggle sounds.
Your streak counts consecutive days you've completed at least one focus session. Check your current streak on the Stats tab.
Focuso Pro unlocks streak tracking, detailed stats, ambient sounds, and custom intervals. You can start with a 3-day free trial or choose a monthly or yearly plan. All your data is preserved if you subscribe later.
Yes. On the paywall or in Settings, tap "Restore Purchases" and sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Danish Khan operates the Focuso iOS application ("App") and how information may be handled when you use it.
1. Information We Collect
Focuso does not require account creation. We do not automatically collect your name, email address, phone number, or passwords. If you choose to send feedback, we receive the information described below, including an email address only if you provide one.
The App stores your focus sessions, streak progress, timer preferences, and settings locally on your device.
2. Local Device Storage
Your session history, streak data, timer settings, and app preferences are saved locally on your iPhone or iPad to provide core app functionality.
This data is under your device control and may be removed by deleting the App.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services that collect limited information automatically:
- Apple StoreKit — used for in-app purchases and subscription management. Apple processes payment data in accordance with their policies.
- Apple Analytics — Apple may provide aggregated analytics, diagnostics, or crash information to help improve app performance.
- Google Forms and Google Sheets — used to receive and store feedback you choose to submit. Google may also process connection information such as your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy.

Optional Feedback: Collection, Retention and Deletion
Sending feedback is optional and does not change your access to Focuso. When you press Send, the App submits your selected category, message, optional email address, and basic technical context (app version and build, iOS version, and device model) to Google Forms. Responses are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible to us. Your name and focus-session history are not attached. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.
We use feedback to respond to requests, investigate issues, and improve Focuso. An email address is optional and is used to reply. We do not sell feedback or use it for advertising.
We retain submitted feedback and any email address and technical context included with it for up to 12 months from submission, then delete the response from Google Forms and the linked spreadsheet. You may request earlier deletion by emailing danishk7809@gmail.com. Please provide enough information to identify your response, such as its approximate submission date and message. Anonymous responses may be difficult to identify without these details. Deleting the App does not delete feedback already submitted.
4. How Information Is Used
- Provide focus timer and Pomodoro features
- Save your progress and streaks locally
- Process subscriptions through Apple StoreKit
- Improve stability, reliability, and performance
- Respond to optional feedback and investigate reported issues
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Feedback you choose to send is processed and stored through Google Forms and Google Sheets so we can handle your request. Apple and Google process information under their respective privacy practices. Local focus-session history is not uploaded with feedback.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our feedback form, contact us using the email below so we can investigate and delete the response as appropriate.
7. Security
We aim to use reasonable measures to protect the App experience. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Your Choices
- You may delete locally stored app data by removing the App from your device.
- You may choose not to send feedback or send it without an email address.
- You may request deletion of submitted feedback by emailing danishk7809@gmail.com.
- You may manage subscription and privacy permissions in your iOS Settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated version is posted.
